Chez Zee American: A Culinary Gem in the Heart of Austin

Brunch and Dinner experiences were equally amazing, delicious, and enjoyable. They have a great atmosphere, everyone working there is so kind. Brunch had fluffy croissants with strawberry butter and sweet french toast. Dinner had melt in your mouth pork medallions and mashed potatoes. I cannot believe we hadn't heard of this place sooner! It's by far the best place we have eaten in Central Texas over the last 3 years!!

I went there for my birthday, specifically because I love their Lemon Rosemary Cake. Delicious! All the food was great and the staff was so friendly.

The food as always phenomenal the service fantastic. The atmosphere used to be more colorful and fun. It’s starting to lean towards a boring plane restaurant.

Fantastic experience! We got the smoked pork chop with sweet potato mash and garlic green beans along with the seafood pasta special. Probably one of the best pork chops I've ever had and was cooked perfectly. The cucumber jalapeño margaritas were also very good. Finished it off with the chocolate decadence cake fir desert...so good. Highly recommend

It's a grown up vibe, had a live band playing on a Friday night. Well you are greeted once you enter the door, we called ahead because we had a group of us in which I did not take long to get us seated. You are able to see the accomplishments that Chez earned and rightfully so. You also get to look at the desert case which is hard to not just eat desert first. Steak bites on the appetizer menu was great, my main dinner full of flavor New Orleans Crusted Chicken They hit a home run flavor in every bit, and just hit on all levels. I'd recommend stopping in for a bite to eat menu is full of great options, me personally I will be back.

We decided to spend our Valentine’s Day dinner with the fine folks at Chez Zee. Our server Javad was stellar. Attentive, professional, kind and knowledgeable are only some of the many positive qualities he brought to our dining experience. The savory cuisine was exquisite across the board…..and don’t forget to save room for dessert. The manager Sarah stopped by our table to greet us. She was warm, sweet and friendly to confirm we felt we were being taken care of. We highly recommend choosing Chez Zee for any dining occasion. We will definitely be back for brunch. This was mine and my husbands first time eating here and let me tell you we will most definitely be coming back again very soon! The service was utterly top of the line from the moment we walked in to the moment we left! Honestly the best service we’ve had in a long time. The entire staff, including the Manager Kevin took the time to be friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our entire visit! They even offered us complimentary fried pickle chips since it was our first time, which were the best I’ve ever had, and don’t even get me started on the main entree…. We both had the New Orleans pecan chicken that came out with in minutes of us ordering it and it literally melted in our mouths. The environment was very nice, with low lights and soft music and with all that being said, if you haven’t been here before then you definitely need to visit this amazing little gem we found! I came with a good friend for lunch and it was perfect. It’s a cute setup and our server Russell was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable about the menu. I had mentioned I am pregnant and they had great drink recommendations, and they were sweet enough to write a cute note on my to-go box. The food was also delicious. Will definitely be back!
